To get a driving licence you have to apply for it at the RTO ofiice, it is easier through an agent, however he may charge you more. After receipt of your application, RTO ofiice issues a learner's license, which u can collect from your agent, most probably within a week. Then afetr 3 months you approach your agent for a trial of the vehicle and after successful trial and some questions about the traffic rules you will be issued a driving license.
