No, they don't.
And actually, on some configurations, like on the two classes 777-200, the economy seats are very narrow. Most airlines configurate the economy section 3+3+3, while Emirates use 3+4+3 !
On the Airbus A340-500 the seat pitch in Economy is good, 33". On the A330-200 is 32".

But, you can fly on Economy Plus with this airlines:

Air France: Alize (Economy Plus Class)
Air Mauritius: Club Mauritius
Air New Zealand: Pacific Premium Economy
All Nippon Airways: Premium Economy
BMI: Premium Economy
British Airways: World Traveller Plus
EVA Air: Evergreen Deluxe 744 / Elite Class 777
SAS Scandanavian Airlines: Economy Extra
Singapore Airlines: Executive Economy
Thai Airways: Premium Economy
United Airlines - Economy Plus
Virgin Atlantic: Premium Economy
Spirit Airlines: Spirit Plus
Japan Airlines plans to start offering Premium Economy in 2007, offering this service on its 777 fleet.

it rather is located between affaires and pace classes. in case you do no longer want to be next to a rest room, a ordinary rule of thumb is to e book seats faraway from the front and aft end of the top rate economic equipment cabin (so e book seats around the middle of the PE section).
