I am about 5ft 6 and weigh a fat 61kg. I have just started eating All bran for breakfast and having water on top of that, and let me tell you it works, going to the toilet a lot. If I eat All Bran everyday and have loads of water of top of that will that help me lose those couple of kilos within a couple of weeks? At the moment All Bran seems to be working very well, but I need you advise on if this is a safe way to lose weight with running, and should I increase my kilometers. I need to be fitter first, but now I am gernerally healty.I want to continue to fun 40-50 munites a few times per week but on a weekend I want to increase it to 1 hour. Is this a good way of losing the weight? I am almost 38 and had 4 children, so my metabilism has slowed down more than likely. I used to be skinny like 51-52 kg was my normal weight. I battle anorexia in 200-2001 getting down do a deathly 43kg, and my liver started shutting down then.I am not going to travel on that path again, as I was obsessed

with my weight then, and wearing a size 6 Australian was too big(size 2 American) so any advice would be good. At the moment I am a size 10-12, but want to get back properly into a size 10(Australian) as a size 8 would be too skinny on me now that I am older.
