my daughter has a kidney in the wrong position. what does this mean?

one of her kidneys has not accended into the correct position. we are waiting for further tests and scans at LRI

My daughter kidney was alot lower than the other one which was a problem when she was born. They did all the test on it for the first few months but everything was fine. She is 6 years old now and fine. Its not as bad as it sounds coz my mums was stuck together when she was born and its not bothered her all these years.
