l need receips for cakes, buns, biscuits that can be baked in a microwave, please include time and temperature.

ofcourse u can bake in the microwave, i have a few times and they come out delicious
Microwave Chocolate Chip Peanut Brittle
NGREDIENTS:

* 1 Cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
* 1 Cup sugar
* 1/2 Cup white corn syrup
* 1 Cup salted nuts
* 1 Teaspoon butter
* 1 Teaspoon vanilla
* 1 Teaspoon baking soda

PREPARATION:
Grease cookie sheets. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. In microwavable bowl add sugar and corn syrup, microwave on high (power level-10) for 8 -11 minutes. Stir. Cook for 4 more minutes. Stir in nuts and cook until light brown about 2 minutes.(Don't burn.) Add buter and vanilla to syrup, blending well. Microwave at high 1 to 2 minutes more. Peanuts will be lightly browned and syrup very hot. Add baking soda and gently stir until light and foamy. Pour mixture onto prepared cookie sheets. Let cool 1/2 to 1 hour. When cool break into small pieces and store in airtight container. Makes about 1 pound.

Damn Easy Fudge
Not only is it Damn Easy Fudge, but it only has 4 ingredients too.
INGREDIENTS:

* One 12-ounce package (2 C.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
* One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
* 1-1/4 Cup chopped, toasted nuts*
* 1 t.easpoon vanilla extract

PREPARATION:
Grease a foil-lined 8 inch square pan.

Conventional method:
In a double boiler, melt chips and milk. Stir until smooth. Add nuts and vanilla.

Microwave method:
Melt chips with milk on 50 percent power, 3 to 5 minutes.
tirring once while cooking. Stir in nuts and vanilla.

Pour into pan and chill until set.

*As much as pecans are my favorite nut, walnuts always seem to do better in fudge.

Lemon Glaze Coffee Mug Cake
INGREDIENTS:

* 1 (18.5 ounce) package yellow cake mix
* 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
* 2-2/3 cups confectioners' sugar
* 1/4 cup powdered lemonade mix

PREPARATION:
Each coffee mug should hold 1-1/2 cups water.

Place dry cake mix and dry pudding mix into a large bowl and blend well with a whisk. This will be about 4 to 4 1/2 cups of dry mix and will make 8 coffee cup cake mixes.
Divide mix into 8 small plastic bags (about 1/2 cup each). Place mix into a corner of each bag and tie it there with a twist tie.

Make glaze mix: in a medium bowl, combine confectioners sugar with powdered flavoring mix. Divide into 8 small plastic bags and close bag with a twist tie. Attach each glaze mix to the cake mix bags with a twist tie. Place one of each bag into each cup.
ttach the following instructions to each cup:

Generously spray inside of cup with cooking spray. Empty contents of cake mix packet in cup. Add 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 tablespoon water to dry mix. Mix 15 seconds, carefully mixing in all dry mix. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes. While cake is cooking, place ingredients from Glaze mix into a very small container and add 1 1/2 teaspoon water. Mix well. When cake is done, pour glaze over cake in cup. Enjoy while warm.

You cannot cook cakes or pastries in a microwave.

The action of flour and baking powder, yeast and ingredients are not condusive to microwave cooking.

Baking heat is entirely different from microwave heat.

There are no short cuts for any pastries that you can prepare in a microwave oven.
