yeah ... she always tease and flatter me ...touch my hair, hand...notice her stare at me and smile shyly like a silly girl ..

If you like the attention, smile when she does it. If you catch her hand on you, gently put your's on top of it. Then look into her eyes and smile. Ask her on a date--go to the movies, do something...just don't sit there! Be pro-active. Take charge!
