1 Corinthians 14:34-35: "...women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the Law says, If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church." (NIV) This is a curious passage. It appears to prohibit all talking by women during services. But it contradicts verse 11:5, in which St. Paul states that women can actively pray and prophesy during services.
It is obvious that verses 14:33b to 36 are a later addition, added by an unknown counterfeiter with little talent at forgery. Bible scholar, Hans Conzelmann, comments on these three and a half verses: "Moreover, there are peculiarities of linguistic usage, and of thought. [within them]." 6 If they are removed, then Verse 33a merges well with Verse 37 in a seamless transition.
Since they were a later forgery, they do not fulfill the basic requirement to be considered inerrant: they were not in the original manuscript written by Paul.

There has been much debate about the question of whether women are allowed to be preachers, deacons and such as far as the Bible is concerned. The first thing that has to be looked at is the structure of the church, itself. Jesus is the head of the church , which is also his body (Ephesians 1:22; Colossians 1:18). Jesus selected 12 of his disciples and told them to wait in Jerusalem to receive the power of the Holy Ghost , who will bring back to their remembrance everything that Jesus taught them and will guide them into all truth (John 14:26; 16:13). Upon closer examination, you will note that all the disciples, soon to be known as the Apostles, were all men. When the church work became more than the original twelve could handle alone, they commissioned seven more to carry out the Great Commission as well (Acts 6:1-6). These seven were also men. There was not a woman in the bunch. God has always used men to carry out the leadership roles where his will was concerned. In the Patriarchal Age, God spoke directly to the fathers, the heads of the family. During the Mosaic Age, he gave His law to the Children of Israel through Moses. During this Christian Age (or Age of Grace), he speaks to us through his Son, who has chosen his Apostles to be his mouthpiece.
The Bible also states the following; "Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church (1 Corinthians 14:34-35)." "Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not decieved, but the woman being deceived was in transgression (1 Timothy 2:12-14)."
These scriptures involves the public worship services and restricts women from the pulpit.
Additionally, when the Bible gives the qualifications of Deacons and Elders in 1 Timothy 3:1-13, it gets very specific. Listen as the Word of God speaks: "A bishop then must be blameless, the HUSBAND of ONE WIFE, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt to teach (Verse 2)." "Let the deacons be the HUSBANDS of ONE WIFE, ruling their children and their houses well (Verse 12)."
God doesn't hold anything personal against women, but when it comes to the worship and the delivering of the word through the worship, God has commissioned and specified men for the task. the apostle Paul: “I do not permit a woman to teach, or to exercise authority over a man.” (1Ti 2:12) Overseers, or older men, appointed to their positions by holy spirit served in this capacity.—Ac 20:17, 25-30; 1Ti 3:1, 2; 5:17.

1 Timothy 2:11-12
"Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. "
1 Corinthians 14:34-35
"Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church."
Ephesians 5:22-24
"Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing."
The Bible tends to pretty much spit all over women. New and Old Testament alike.
