going to watch your question coz if there is a product that will do this i have yet to find it. been looking for years and to be honest have found nothing that works. all these products that say they will give you thicker fuller hair are rubbish. i've spent a fortune.
the best way to have thicker hair is to get it trimmed regularly, every 6-8 weeks so it looks in tip top condition.
as for getting it longer again nothing works, just look after it.

You're not going to get longer hair unless you get extensions, (or wait for it to grow!), which would also give your hair a fuller look.
Two products I've used on my fine hair are: Big Trix mousse by Matrix and Volumizing mousse by Tessemme.
My hair is long so lean over to dry it which also gives it a more full-bodied look. You can get the same effect on shorter hair by lifting it with a comb, brush or your fingers and aiming the dryer at your roots.

Try to buy shampoo and conditioner that doesn't contain SLS Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, this product in nearly all shampoos is harmful to hair. Do a search on this and see what you think, we're damaging our hair and skin daily with shampoos that are meant to be good for our hair. (You can buy SLS free products from good Health food shops like Holland and Barrett.
They say eating gelatine helps nails and hair (this could take ages but who knows)
As others have suggested, keeping the hair trimmed, rather than cut, will stop you from getting split ends and give more body to your hair.

I would suggest a good vitamine rich conditioner for fine hair. Put it in your hair and go sit in the sauna/steamroom at the gym or somewhere you can find one as the heat opens up the pores in your hair and will get the nutrients in it. It will make it really shiny and healthy and should make it a bit thicker especially after a few times with time.

to add volume to the roots of your hair tip your head then brush your hair from underneath so then when you lift your head it has more volume at the roots. Also, don't straighten or curl your hair or heat/burn it. Curls are the new look this year so if you want to, you can get your hair permed and curls give your hair a much fuller look. Layered, feathered then permed is the best way to go this year. Good luck!
