noooooooo not armpit, dont ever do that. but below (lol - genital area) yes you can, if your partner likes it, but if you havw no one then its not really important but if it makes you feel cleaner then do it. but if your with a partner ask what they like and then do what they like.

While it's not viewed as "normal" for men to shave their armpits, it's ultimately up to the person. Some men prefer to keep their entire bodies shaved (especially if involved in sports) while others prefer to only shave their genital area and then of course those who don't shave anything except maybe ear and nose hairs.
If you're a young boy, then give your body sometime. If you're in you're a young adult then it's your call. Whatever is comfortable for you is what matters.

being neat and clean in appearance is always important so neatly trimming or shaving (of the genital hair) is ok . as for the armpit hair, trimming is fine, but I wouldn't shave it all (unless your a professional swimmer).
