1. Egg sandwich made with raisin bread, black or cayenne pepper, salt.
2. Egg sandwich made with wheat/white bread, black or cayenne pepper, salt and basil, dill, or parsley (freeze-dried).
I prefer #1. Beat the egg with the seasoning in it except for the black pepper. Black pepper tastes better fresh than cooked. Adding a slice of ham would make it even better.

Nice sourdough bread, bacon, an over-medium egg, arugula, and an amazing runny sheep's milk cheese.
