i just downloaded an installer that is in multiple rar files in the internet and when i extracted the files it gave me a big ".BIN" file and a ".CUE" file. Any ideas how can i install the program i just downloaded?? help please! thanks!

Download Alcohol 120%.. The trial version is free. Or, you could just download the actual full version from a torrent site.
All you do is, open the file in Alcohol 120%, right click on it, and goto Mount on Device.. The installer should pop up. If it doesn't work with the .BIN, try the .CUE.

It's actually a CD/DVD image. You can burn it onto a CD/DVD or mount it using daemon tool or alcohol 120% (links below). Once mounted, you should be able to access the inside of the file just like you're accessing a CD/DVD using Windows Explorer.
*Hint: Sometime after mounting, the virtual CD/DVD autorun (which makes your life much easier) :)
*Extra hint, if what you're downloading is a movie, you can run .bin/.cue using VLC without mounting it!
