I believe that Muhammad (pbuh) did receive messages from God through the Angel Gabriel. The Quran is the last word of God sent to humanity.

Yes i know this yes is not the complete answer to the question to prove that you have to analyze what God has sent to Muhammad if it is all correct then there must be some thing in it. Do u know that there is not a single contradiction in Quran (The message that God has sent). Not a single proven scientific fact. e.g. in Quran it is mentioned fourteen hunderd years ago about the rovulion and roation of earth and moon.
There are lot of scientific geographic and other facts that are mentioned in Quran. Some people say that Muhammad (PBUH) has copied them from Bible then they must tell me that why He has copied only the correct facts why not the others.
if u are interested in God's message to Muhammad then you must visit http://www.irf.net/irf/download/index.htm i hope it will answer your answers InshahAllah. May God Give all of us right path

Well, although many Christians I have spoken with have vehemently stated that Mohammed was basically a fraud, I would say that if you think about it carefully, if God does exist, don't all people receive messages from God? Isn't that the basis of religion, to believe that you have a personal relationship (communication through prayer and answer) with a higher power?

I'm reading a book on him right now. I have found that his so called "revelations" was only beneficial to himself. Take for instance..when him and some of his followers killed some people, one of his followers took the loot and offered to muhammad and he said no, but wait, a "revelation" came from allah told him it was ok to take the loot.
No, muhammad didn't get these "revelations" from God.

I believe Muhammed received his messages from an angel.

I know that angel was foretold by apostle Paul in his epistle to Corinthians.

2 Corinthians 11 :
14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

If you are talking about the prophet, then yes he did receive his messages from God, the proof is that the words he spoke were too much for a man who was illiterate and never drank, its simply one of the miracles that God shows us to make our choice of believing.

to be honest, he would go into a cave and speak to a angel named Gabriel, which would give him messages from God.
Only problem is, he would have convultions and fits when recieving these messages. Only people possessed by demons or djins have these side-effects. His wife in the end killed him, most think because the djin who would communicate with him, possessed his body and wouldn't leave, so she killed him.

Mohamed was a false prophet and did not receive any messages from God. Would God tell someone it was OK to sleep with an 8 yr old girl?
