This is definately a Corgi Mix. I have been around dogs all my life, and volunteer at a local animal shelter. I deal with Mix dogs all day long! Some of the best animals ever!!

I'm a breeder of small dogs. She looks like a mix of Corgi and Basinji. Check out the link below great source of photos.

pembroke corgi cross (fox?) terrier. She's not "round" enough in the face to be a purebred corgi, and her ribcage is too small (a corgi has a fairly large ribcage). She also has that cheeky look in her eye, which tells me she's got corgi in her somewhere.

My great grandmother had a terrier/corgi cross dog, and she looked very similar to the little dog in the photo.

She looks like my sisters dog! How cute. I'm thinking a corgi mix.
