I am wondering the same thing. Im facing a possible diagnosis of MS and if that is the case, I consider suicide my only option for the long run as I refuse point blank to keep smiling as I slowly lose control of my body bit by bit. So I wont give you the usual answer of "think of all the people who love you", I`ll just give you my opinion.
Get yourself very drunk, lie in a bath of warm water with a pillow to support your head and slit both wrists. Slit downwards , not across and avoid cutting the tendons or you will lose the power of your hand and will not be able to cut the other one. The alcohol will help you deal with the physical pain and give you a little more courage and it will prevent your blood from clotting. I suggest lying in a bath because arterial blood is not like normal blood and will spray out of your wrist in a fountain. This would be very frightening and I imagine if you immerse both wrists in water, at least you will bleed into the bath and it will be less distressing than seeing your blood spurting everywhere as you die. Lie back on your pillow( you will feel very weak) and wait to pass out . (My plan if worst comes to worst)
Suicide is a last option and I would never suggest it lightly. If you have people who care about you, and if this is the result of a depression please dont even consider it.

Well, I hope you won't commit suicide... but dying in your sleep it the most painless way to go.
