Honestly you are going for a life time roller coaster ride, he will tell you later on that you knew how he was when you met him, that comes when he starts cheating.
He notices you, just wants to have control over you to let you think he doesn't notice you, when he sees you clearly...He probably knows you can do much better, but is going to do what he feels is right to keep you hooked and that is to keep you feeling in-secured about yourself. So what you want to do is ignore the dumb stuff he is trying to do, and he is going to play with your heart, the signs are there, it's just a matter of time. I hope not, don't want to sound negative, but he has no respect for you to do the things he does in front of you, he might just be a friendly guy, but girls & women, are so dumb to fall for the bull thinking your guy likes them better than you, and they like the challenge to be w/taken guys...
This is a problem he has and it has nothing to do with you, just take care of yourself, love yourself to do what is right for you. Make sure you pamper yourself, stay strong and fix yourself up even more. Spend time w/friends & family, your world should not just revolve around him, make sure you do things that make you happy to make you feel good. Take care, and good luck!

He does not value you. You should dump the guy. You could also teach him a lesson by talking to other guys. My best suggestion would have to be for you is to tell your boyfriend how it makes you feel when he ignores you and hits on other girls.
