maybe not to see him, but he'll definitely notice u dressed really nicely. i dress the same way, lil gangsta girl, and when i dress up to go out wit my boyfriend he tells me how good i look. so yeah he'll notice.

Yes...ditch the thug clothes forever...guys don't like them unless they're younger than 16

Maybe sometimes it depends on the guy. But there is all ways the chance that he just won't notice the difference because he is either:
Totally selfish and only into himself
Not into you
