How can a person prove to themself that they are a spiritual being?

By manifesting spiritual values, virtues and principles in our lives: e.g. love for one's fellow man, respect, tolerance, forbearance, forgiveness, etc. These are all attributes of the spiritual or higher nature of man.

Religion and Spirituality are beliefs. only. The state of accepting that certain things are true because they can't be proven.
