you are right, thoughtful discussion won't happen here.
mud-slinging, craziness, wacko responses, absurd questions, sacastic remarks, ridiculous arguments.... welcome to the wonderful world of R & S!
but it is not limited to fanatic christians and atheists.. you are welcome to participate. just keep your expectations low and your humor high....
god bless

Such boastful generalities.
Not all people on this site assume only Christians believe in God.
Everyone believes in God, do they not? The give give Her different names, different faces.
Last I could recall, you are human too. Close-mindedness is not the human race, but the child of ignorance.

I am sorry you feel that way, I don't think I am like that, maybe I try to keep an open mind. I am not Atheist, but I do agree with a lot of what they have to say. If you would want a Discussion, I wouldn't mind. E-mail me

"These are the Christians. They declare that Jesus Christ is very God of very God, made flesh to dwell among us. They insist that He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. They testify that He is to them Wisdom, Righteousness, Sanctification and Redemption, and they steadfastly assert that He will be to them the Resurrection and the Life for eternity to come." ~ A. W. Tozer

Eh I know, I posted a similar question this morning. Too many people on here think you're either a Christian or an Atheist. Well...I'm neither, I'm Ásatrú.

I am an atheist, and yes I am aware there are others besides Christians with horrible superstitions riding them.
Be patient.
First we must try to cure and heal the Christians.
After them we can deal with the rest of the silly mental problems.
Please wait, the doctors will be with you shortly.

Uh..I'm an atheist and know it's not only christians who believe in a god or "gods". I just think all gods are make believe. I don't care what you practice. I'm an equal opportunity hater of religions.

Believers and non-believers alike come here to discuss these quite fundamental questions. I would not have it any other way.

I believe in God.I also think that Jesus was a moron who deserved exactly what he got.
These days,he'd be referred to as a terrorist.
'Judea' was the weak underbelly of one of the greatest and most civilising 'Empires' in history.
All governors etc.in the 'Roman Empire' were told to not tolerate dissent.
In 'Judea',the message was a thousand fold.
'Jesus' knew this and in my opinion got off lightly.
So,we agree in a way.I believe,tho' not in christianity-its crap.
