In a 'perfect' op-amp, the input impedance would be infinite and the output impedance would be zero.

In the 'real' world, o
most op-amps have an input impedance of several megohms (some electrometer types have inputs as high as a few hundred gigaohms) and output impedances of a few tens of ohms down to a few ohms.
