He made references to if he were in my bed...He told me I'd like his sexy feet...He says my conversation is starting a fire in him...He even teased if I wanna be his girl...I'd beat up the girl who seems to like him too. (I think it's a joke.) He gave me a kiss on my forehead. He said he wants to spend an entire day with me just to pay me back for helping him on a computer project. I got mad Monday night at someone else and made some rash statements. This guy rushed over to see what was wrong and who I was talking to...

sounds like you are driving him crazy by not reciprocating. Do the guy a favor and either kiss him already, or simply tell him you just want to be friends.
If you just want to be friends be prepared for a time of weirdness, its hard for anyone to have strong feelings for someone and come terms with the fact that you can never be. This would probably also require some time away from each other until he gets over this fact and can truly be just friends.
However if you dig him also, go for it and enjoy the ride! What good is not taking a chance and seeing what could happen?

He is very interested in you, and you might want to ask him how he feels about you because it sounds as if you both are very much attracted to each other. Just be careful, he sounds like a player. Its sounds as if he is a sweet talker, and is testing you to get a reaction to kind of get the feeling of how you want to be treated. He might be telling you what you want to hear, just to see how you react towards him, he is getting to know you, and feel you...
He sounds like a charmer, just by the way you describe him, but likes to tease as well...
People start talking due to lack of knowledge, or because they know something you don't know, and will throw you off with a negative comment. He is concerned it is not about him, he might think its one of his friends, could be many things why he could have reacted the way he did, and you might have an idea, or simply that he got jealous...
I hope he is interested in you in a positive way, and has good intentions...

Definitely a whole lot more...but be careful...guys try to act real slick these days and tell you what you want to hear, then have sex and bounce....
...not all guys are like this, but if the general consensus of your conversations with him are in regards to sexual innuendos, than keep your distance.
Just be careful, get to know him and see exactly what his intentions are by his body language, you will thank yourself in the long run and save yourself hours of tears!

Sounds like he's really going out of his way for you. I never joke about hitting on my female friends, and if I do I make it really obvious I don't mean them. Not all guys are the same of course, but this seems like more than a friend to me.
