lol... I am not laughing at you on this one I am so laughing at the fact I remember thoughs days. All you can do is keep on eye on the child watch for signs of concution.such as disoriented, confusion, rolling eyes, unfocused (shifting eyes) pupils are not dialating properly. Sleeping to much or hard to wake. To prevent further falls try and keep your child off of high places the closer to the floor the better. When it comes to kids there are no silly questions. As for having her seen all I can say is if that is what you feel as a parent is best then by all means but if no signs are present just keep a close eye on her....
As a parent our jobs are to protect then from them selves.they are there biggest danger.. Every thing is food just ask them lol... Every fall is scare though not always dangerous. every cut and scrape is a tear waiting to be kissed away.. Cherish every scare you have now as they get older you can not protect them from every thing and your fears are far grater with the world today.. I wish you all the best being a parent is scare at best even trying at times but man oh man when they are that young there so awesome they think your supper man then they get older and think they don't need you and that you have no idea how it feels to be them... some day your child will be a parent all there own and for the first time they will truly love and appreciate you for every thing you ever did for them and realize how truly great you are.... You are awesome job so keep your head up.. There will be a lot of bumps in the road. Though hard it does get a little essayer. I promise..

My kids fell all the time when they were learning to be steady on their feet. They had so many bumps and bruises at times that I thought someone would call Child Services! Part of the problem is that at that age, they aren't really looking where they are going and don't have very good depth perception yet. Hopefully, your daughter will grow out of it quickly - although my 9 year old daughter still runs into things all the time because she just doesn't watch where she's going! As long as your daughter isn't acting ill, dizzy or very sleepy, she's probably fine. If she starts acting funny at all, I'd call the doctor, though. Kids have pretty hard heads and are pretty resilient at this age, so just keep an eye on her for the next day or so.

Firstly, has your daughter showed any signs of illness after her fall. Does she seem disorientated, confused. Is she being sick or just not seeming herself.
Find your self a torch and gently shine it in her left eye and then take it away, note if the pupil shrinks and expands again. Next do the same for the right eye and note the pupil change.
Still shining the light in and out of the right eye, is the LEFT pupil also reacting and then do the same for the LEFT eye and note the RIGHT. This is called consensual reaction and will tell if there is any brain injury. If you are still UNSURE AT ALL, take her to hospital and get her checked out.
Children of this age are quite resilliant to bumps and falls, BUT they also need a VERY watchful eye over them as well.

At this age children are getting more confident, this is how they learn their limits so falls and bumps happen all of the time. It is very worrying for a parent when they get so many knocks. The main thing to remember is that you should trust your instincts as a parent. You know your child better than anyone and if you feel that you have cause for concern then you should get your daughter checked out. Try talking to your health visitor, they are a great first contact for any concerns that you may have and they will advise you of whether you think you should seek further medical advice. Just try to remember that children are pretty resilient even though, as parents, we panic every time they have a bump.

As soon as my daughter fell off my bed I took her to A&E, she got a huge bump though. My other daughter who is 14 months is forever banging her head, she tries running & falls over, she climbs onto things (proper tomboy me thinks!) & falls off, she had a black eye & a grazed nose all in 2 days, the next day she tripped & baged her head AGAIN on the tv cabinet! I didn't take her to hospital as they were only minor but the point being, kids will fall & hurt themselves, unless it's a real bad bump or cut then just give some baby paracetamol (for headache) & let her carry on!

Is she in shoes when doing this? When my daughters shoes were getting too small she would trip a lot. Have her checked if it continues for a middle ear infection. But most likely she is just doing what is normal. Exploring and getting hurt, Mine have not been without bruises somewhere since the day they started walking. They just turned 8. Kids legs are full of bruises. You are only at the beginning

As long as there are no signs of serious head injury such as nausea, fainting, vomiting, I think your girl is okay.
Bumps and falls are a part of a child's growing up. It is preventable by baby-proofing the rooms of your house and the places you stay in, BUT it is not completely unavoidable.
If your girl is a bit clumsy, just watch her a little more closely. carpet your floor area or her play area as much as you can to cushion falls.

stupid communicate seems to be popular from severe point democrats. I seem to remember one among them asserting "All wee weed up" some week in the past. We desperate, some time past, to no longer have our babies ruined via the liberals working the customary public college equipment. i've got faith September 8th. must be national abode-college day. this could be a greater badder protest than each and every of the tea events mixed. What might make liberals extra incontinent than some million people pulling their youngsters out of public colleges for an afternoon in protest of left wing presidential propaganda?
