Start with a really quiet environment and meditate, focusing on your breathing and nothing else.
Lol BELIEVE me I'm only 15 years old and had tried meditating. After meditating i went to hug my sisters all of a sudden without a reason xD

rumors told me about benefits of meditation.
they said if they don't study what they learn.
if I sit down and cross my legs... try to meditate. I feel like I sleep which I can't learn what I study.
in addition, rumors said if I doing the meditation, it leads to brainwashing into think blank as think clear.

By meditating u will feel energetic, peaceful and happy. The energy that we waste by useless thinking reduce our personal power. By meditating u will conserve ur energy and u will be able to achieve ur goals as ur positive energy will guide u to take right action for achieving ur goals. Those possessing personal powers are able to make their way, where others get stuck. So u will be successful in every area of ur life. But remember that u r to use ur positive energy for ur development and not for harming others for ur selfish goals as nature will retaliate.

When I was in rehab once they showed us how to meditate, it was the most beautiful, calming and relaxing experience I have ever had. Beats drugs etc. any day

you just stop the thought process.
Let that part of your brain that is always going take a break.
It isnt magic or anything. some people get euphoric from it and think it is spiritual, but I think they are just relaxed and feeling good for the first time and feel closer to who they are.
I find it too boring.
