Gentry's stuff on the Polonium Halos in granite has been thoroughly refuted. It is a joke among geologists, just like the Paluxy dinosaur/man tracks are. Only a Christard would still believe in it.

One could wish that it would be soon, but I fear that it will be never. Such people, having made up their minds, prefer not to be bothered by anything as inconvenient as a fact. Evolution is a proven fact; details on request.

A joke? Then the bible is a joke, the history of the jewish people is a joke, the history of christianity is a joke, the history of islam is a joke, the story of jesus christ is a joke, the millions who have lost their lives for their faith is a joke, the holocaust is a joke, the thousands who are being persecuted for their faith right now in india china pakistan, afganistan etc etc is just a joke.
you can't separate the story of creation from the rest of the bible without committing intellectual suicide - and that's no joke. the story of creation, the story of adam and eve in a garden, the entrance of sin into he world, etc is woven in and through the entire canon of scripture.
and, by the way,, jesus ascended into the heavens after his resurrection and someday those who believe in him will ascend also... bye bye gravity!!
