They go to the Church Funds that pay for all the expenses of the Church and to the Charities that the Church runs, such as the old age homes, schools, orphanages etc.
Status quo literally translates as the state of what, but it means that the position is unchanged. If you left your Office with some work to be done and when you returned, if the work had not been touched, then it was status quo.
Cheers!

They go to paying the pastor and church workers for making the sancuary look good every sunday, also the youth ministers, numerous mission groups, and if they ask for more, then they will have that spokesperson stand up and explain where and how it will be used.
Mostly for God's benefit, life isn't free in capitalist America, or any other country. I go to a church that has their goal income stated and what has been given the previous week, and what has been given so far. It holds them accountable for the money they collect that way.
Status Quo is the present state of that church, look it up sometime...

The way churches are supposed to be run, offering or your tithes are supposed to go to the church budget. These are things like building upkeep, bills, supporting missions far away and home, and paying the pastor/associate pastor. (which never really make more than a teacher about 27,000 a year) in regular churches. Huge churches may afford more, small churches less, even some to the point of just volunteering to pastor.

The offerings go to charity, and also to help keep the lights turned on. Churches have to pay water and electric bills, too. A lot of the money is used to help people who find themselves in a crisis. Recently, our church paid for a complete funeral for a family whose child suddenly died.

People LONG ago meet in caves.who were Christians,
now they pay to have a church to meet in
what bills you have they have.in electricity, water.mortgage to build a Church you have to borrow money from a bank then pay it back in mortgage payments, some churches like to have a full time pastor .so they pay him money to live on. it wouldn't be right to have him on welfare.some Churches do not pay pastorrs.they cant afford to so the pastor does it for free.it really depends on the individual church how they handle there affairs.there are some very well off preachers

Building expansion and repairs, workers in the church, the poor, emergencies for members of the church, missionaries in other countries, events, childcare, electricity, water, maintanaince etc. Most churches have a public monthly meeting to let their members see how much is being spent on what and to vote on it. They are to use it wisely and are accountable for what they spend it on.

The offerings are used to support the parish. They are generally managed by the Pastor.
