i am stationed in turkey and i do not have lot of options here for gyms and diet planners. so i need your help. i want to lose 10 pounds in 1 month i will be doing carmen electra videos and a shena easten 7 min ab video that works. but i need to know what kind of foods i should be eating. i dont like fish so thats out but a good diet to stick to would help out a lot thanks

losing weight and detoxing are two different things, if you wanna lose weight fast, cut at least 600 calories from your diet daily and get at least 90 minutes of cardio 3 or 4 times a week.
to detox, there are lots of over the counter products. one natural one i like (and it works, so be near a toilet till your tummy gets used to the regimen).

1 cup warm water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon 100% maple syrup
pinch of cayenne pepper

mix well, drink fast... this is a fasting detox, so, this is all you will have for 10 days. you can have a cup whenever you feel hungry. you might feel nauseous at first, but, after the fourth day you should be fine, you will probably start to poop yucky looking stuff, this is normal.

* if you've never fasted before, you might wanna try eating very light, no solids, mainly broths.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. By taking alkaline food, you prevent the intake of acid to create more fats.

Besides doing exercise, you must eat only alkaline food.

Read the book "pH miracle for weight loss". See photos of people losing weight at ease. If you want to loose weight super fast, there is an alkaline liquid diet. According the book, people are loosing 10 pounds or more within the first 8 days. Go to the website below to see which food (and even fruits) that are acidic.

Have a look at these sites, and consider getting a juicer. I got one a few weeks ago. It's a bit of a pain at first, but when you get into it, it only takes about 20-25 mins from prep to clean up. And you feel wonderful arfter drinking all that goodness.
I go to the local market and get most of the fruit and veg I need very cheaply, just make sure its washed well.

eat other white meat such as chicken breast and deli meats are also low in fat,,loud up on veggies specially greens take in one or two fruits but try not to go to the sugary ones like mango,,take supplements like vitamin c , devoid your meals into 5-6 small portions a day to keep your metabolism going and last but certainly not least drink LOTS &LOTS of water at least 8 glasses a day and even more if your exe4rsusing GOOD LUCK
