We say 'Diyos' (God), 'Ama' (Father) or 'Panginoon' (Lord) in Filipino, as I am from the Philippines (I wonder if you also are?Hmm...). Anyways, its what we call God in the Catholic religion. Some of the other religions here call God as Jehovah or Allah, etc. It depends on what religion you belong to. The link below is a somewhat complete list of God's names in a lot of languages. Hope I helped you!=)

In Greek, we say "Theos".(Θεός).

When we want to call him we may say
Megalodiname (Μεγαλοδύναμε) - All mighty
Kyrie (Κύριε) - Lord
Agie Patera (Αγιε Πατέρα) - Heavenly Father

maybe I forget some more.
