hi i wanna propose a girl whom i know, i know she loves me but i think she never say, so what shoul i do?

i know her when i was 8 but few days earlier imet her in my cousin marriage and she shows so much care, affection towards me which results i m in love with her. But i cnt able to show my feelings because she is not in contact with me,becoz i m in Delhi and she lives in onther town, and i am affraid of forwarding step ahead becoz she is in my relation. wh should i do?
