Sure it counters some things in the bible, but what you have to remember is, all Hypothesis's made by people have something wrong all the time. And i dont think we have ever gotten this close to the truth before. They both have evidence, like Creationism has the bible, and Evolution has lucy. but they were both missing things like evolution is missing how it began, god could have made it.

No God could not have made it. Cant you get it in your head God is just a made up fantasy there is not the slightest proof for God. Quit trying to put your fantasy God in Evolution we don't try to slip in unicorns?

Uh, small error:
1) "Creationism has the Bible" that is not actual evidence, in case you had not noticed. And the fact that genes exist is far stronger evidence for evolution that lucy.
2) God could have made it = idea. NOT a theory, not even a hypothesis as it makes no predictions.
Of course, if you want to believe that, it is reasonable enough that it is ok. Don't say it is the most rational or the like, or you will be lying, of course.

Well, there are people who believe, God Created and then allowed things to Evolve. I know there are those who will whine about what I say and thumbs down me. But, it OK, I try to Trust in God and not what others think. In the New Testament it speaks of the dead being brought back to life. Now, think! Body is dirt and God going to give a new body? Evolve from the old, into the new? What about where it speaks of being Transformed???? Hmmmm. Could this be a type of evolving? I not care really, I just trust Jesus and let God do His thing for His purpose. I enjoy talking about the different ideas people have. But, what "We" believe will not change what God will do. Many Religions want to put God in a box. God is greater than that. Read John 5:39-40. "THIS" is what it all about. There rest is just speculation, but, fun to talk about when peope not want to feel their way is the only way.

If the Bible is evidence for Creationism, then Lord of the Rings is evidence for orcs. Get real.
The evidence for evolution is myriad. There is no objective evidence for god.
Your statement that "evolution is missing how it began" shows a lack of understanding of the scope of evolutionary theory. Evolution is not about the origins of life. It explains how species change over time via the change in allele frequencies in populations.

Sorry, but creation and evolution are mutually exclusive beliefs. They simply cannot be married to each other. You would end up distorting the Bible or what evolution is about.
