The minimum age limit for drinking (or rather, for the purchase of alcohol) is 19 in most of Canada. The exceptions to this are Quebec, Alberta, and Manitoba, where the limit is 18. Obviously, there is no maximum age limit. Interestingly enough, even in jurisdictions where 19 is the legal purchase age, one is still allowed to serve alcohol (eg being a bartender) at 18.

In your own home, with parental supervision, anybody of any age can drink though.
