In a very weird way you are correct. But it is only a matter of time until the PC police take that right away. It is not good to hate but you do have the right (for the time being) to do so. GOD bless American.

I think of our freedom more in terms of our bill of rights.... life pursuit of happiness etc But we must work to preserve our rights by civic participation. Some people use hate as a tool to control the masses so I would be very careful about jumping on the bandwagon to hate a group as it can be that actually someone who is pwerful is trying to control us by dividing and conquering. I dont like a feeling of being used so Im very careful about buying into those trends.

Yes I do, but I believe that hate, while vocal is different then hate in action. I believe in the saying "your rights end where the other persons nose begins", if you physically harm a person, or harass them then the law should take over and you should be punished. But you should be aloud to say whatever you feel, as long as you respect those bounderies.

Sure, until the courts draw black and white lines that control individuals lives AKA: groups of peoples lives

Tell it to my 6 year old she can't live in a nice area because I am a possible felon (due to a courts mistake in paper work. Ask my lawyer about it)

You have the right to criticize and hate people but this must be within the bounds of the law in order not to constitute as libel or racism.

Freedom to hate is a moral issue and has nothing to do with living in the USA
