Drink honey and lemon drink that always helps your throat , Then if you have vicks vapor rub, rub some on your chest and neck that should help you feel better. Or if your nose is clogged try sitting in a hot steaming shower that helps. Also if you have nyqill i'd take some of that and head to bed. Hope you feel better.

I have always used Gypsy Cold Care made by Traditional Medicinals, and ever since I have done this I rarely ever get a cold any more. I actually gave a box of this to all of my family and friends during cold and flu season and everyone came through it untouched. This stuff works great, it is a tea that you make when you feel a cold coming on. You add a tsp of honey with it and let it steep for three minutes and then drink. We have a lot of people that will vouch for this fabulous product.
