Is eating natural macadamia nuts good for you? What kinds of oils are in it and what are the goods? It has a high content of monounsaturated oil, will eating too much monounsaturated oils make you consume too much calories and make you gain weight?

Like all nuts, they are good for your health, but the have many calories.
Try eating small amounts

Yes they're good for you and yes as they're high in oil and they can contribute to an increase in your body fat, but you shouldn't be eating that many of them.
Nuts and seeds have natural oils in them that provide essential fatty acids which you can't get from other sources. They're shorter chained fats are more easily processed by your body. Whole unprocessed nuts are better for you.
Look at the other sources of oils and fat in what you eat before you cut out macadamias. Look at what oils you consume and decide which oils you want in your body. Macadamias are okay.

Absolutely, The key is portion size. Remember these nuts have a lot of oil in them so a little goes a long way.
