I'd suggest looking into taking vitamin supplements. Anemia is usually best combatted with iron supplements. However, I wouldn't worry about your daughter being underweight. As long as you keep in mind the need for protein supplements in your diet since you don't eat meats, she shouldn't be lacking in anything. We all grow at different rates anyway. I know quite a few younger people of various shapes and sizes that have all kinds of different eating habits. It may be as simple as the fact she may remain thin her whole life, regardless of her dietary intake. Consult a physician if you need a better answer than this.

Ensure that she eats all vegetables and fruits available in the market. Of course, her mother should cook the vegetables deliciously for the daughter to savour them. Sufficient amounts of garlic(atleast 300 gms per month), onions(atleast 1 1/2 Kg per month), curd(1/2kg daily) should be given to her. Only unpolished rice and red bran wheatflour should be used. Only brown bread should be given to her and not white bread. She should drink atleast 4 litres of water daily and do pranayam for half an hour in the morning in open air. In just a month by fallowing the above regimen, her wt should start increasing.

properly before everything i could ask your self the place I went incorrect; 13 year-olds are not mature adequate to have intercourse, no longer to show have infants. to no longer point out the wellbeing dangers *for* those infants. Concluding from that, I ought to think of that 13 year-olds are additionally no longer mature adequate to make a determination a pair of tiny little life. yet i don't have the desire to make the determination for my 13 year-old daughter, neither could i desire to punish her for all times by ability of letting her save a sprint one she won't choose for. Neither could I help abortion (i be attentive to what the outcomes are in case you do it - between quite a few acute psychological ailments, melancholy which could get truly severe at circumstances) or could i desire to take the accountability onto myself. Even adoption is an decision i would not choose for to evaluate. merely as plenty for the infant as for the mother; the two will finally end up feeling like a failure - the youngster questioning why their mom gave them up and questioning there must be something incorrect with them; the mother by way of fact she is conscious she will't have touch with the youngster for 18 years, no longer understanding if their own new child is chuffed or no longer - and the worst factor for a mom isn't understanding what's occurring to her very own flesh and blood. i would not choose for my 13 year old daughter to pass by any of that, so certainly i would not choose for her to get pregnant at this type of youthful age and that i intend to take my precautions on that area. yet while it happens, this is identifying on for the lesser evil, yet i will permit her choose for. i could choose for her to evaluate that each and each action she makes is her very own accountability. yet while she keeps it, i could financially help her guard the infant.

First of all see what see like to eat, discard the bad habits, as of , if see is eating junk food or drinking cold beveragess. Give her quality food and take her in fresh air everyday. Few steps I would suggest for her in daily activities.

Tell her to wakeup early in morning, go for a walk. At that time you two, can do deep breathing.
When you come back home, dont drink tea or coffee. Drink two glass of water. After finishing bath, for breakfast take sprouted beans (mouge) , the sprout should be 1inch long. You can evern add tomatos, fresh corrinder and pinch of black salt. Try to drink orange juice , fresh or the preserve one ( Tropica or Dabur Real juice). Eat Chappatis with vegetables what ever you prepare. There is one ayurmedic medicine know as Chandraprabhavati, take 1 tablet with Milk , at around 11 o'clock.
For lunch , try to add soyabean balls in any subjee you prepar. Those adds high proteins in food. Give her only what she can consume, dont force her to eat more. Gradually if se wakeup early in morning and do some exercise ,she will be hungry.
In between time that is gap between lunch & dinner, dont give biscuits or kurkure or junk food. Dont evern give wafers and farsan, instead give fruits and home made food. Prepare mung ladoos, or if see is fond of spicy food make parathas of methi or palak. Sometime give her soup of palak or mix vegetables. Add rippen pumkin in soup.
Little bit costly vegetable is Asparagus , which is delicious and good as a medicine. Add it in soup or sallow fry them with little chilly power and salt on it. She will like it.
Dont give her any tonic, they are of no use. If she is drinking milk add Satavari Kalap , which is available in any ayurvedic medical shop.

Make her eat raw vegetables like carrot, apples and sapota which increase haemoglobin and give her honey with nimbu during morning hours and also ask her to eat Channa with Gur every night. These things give her strength and caloric foods to improve weight and make her chubby.
