Seiously... after six years with my guy I still love being kissed on the forehead. It shows a different type of affection. Like: he adores me, respects me, and for some reason it is very comforting. Aww it certainly means he has feelings for you and that he cherishes you. LOL My dad kissed my mom's forehead at her birthday party when they were dating and she asked her sister the same thing and hey theyre married 29 years lol so ya a forehead kiss symbolises that he cherishes yet respects you.
