when i take any excedrin product i get a small bloom of overwhelming happy/love feeling near my heart....it only lasts a few minutes. i have asked many people and not one has experienced this same thing. serious answers only.

I don't get that, but it certainly makes me feel better. When I'm feeling tired or starting to get a headache, Excedrin perks me right up for several hours. Don't exceed the recommended dosage thought...it can lead to anxiety attacks and heart trouble.

Excedrin doesn't have any such ingredients that would cause that.
It's possible it's just a placebo effect.
