But i know someone that does...and they have to get rid of them pretty soon!

yes there is but its a nightmare. go on www.nottyboy.com and buy their dread removal kit. you will still have to brush it for about 6 hours though.

you can get a special product that loosens the dreadlocks but you still have to crush your hair out for a couple of hours
