Wow. Too much stuff to write in just a few lines, but I am going to try!
MS Outlook is nothing but an e-mail client. By an e-mail client, I mean it is a program that can send and receive your e-mails. You can keep your incoming e-mails in an organized manner, and send outgoing mails in any format you want to. So, basically MS Outlook checks your e-mail, stores them in your computer, and enables you to send the e-mails.

Out look express is a mail server. You can Show your mail in out look express by not going to your email address's web-site or log in. For this feature you need to set a POP3 mail address, SMTP mail address, and your usre name and password.
