My dog sleep with eye ball roll upwards and is red. Is it healthy

That is normal

When adopting out greyhounds we have to let new adopters know that greyhounds often will fall asleep with their eyes open, because have become used to sleeping in a crate alone at the racing kennels, if approach or touched there is a chance especially early on in the adoption that the dog could become startled awake and snap at the person, so we warn the new owners to clap their hands or call out to the greyhound before aproaching to ensure they are awake, usually after a couple months in a home they don't become easily startled,

But here is a picture of my grey Sunny sleeping with his eyes wide open and smiling at the same time, a sign he must have been having a good dream probably about chasing squirrels in the yard

Sure it is... some people sleep with eyes opened also.. or with the whites showing.. is just a Mother Nature thingy... lol

lol i bet is bulldog huh?? i dont know anyway .. well yeah some dog is weird like that i dont think there is nothing wrong with your dog but the best anwser is to ask the Dr.
