You must watch your diet. You must apply this one......all you got to do is simply drink more water... 12 to 15 glasses of water a day. Then, NO to carbonated drinks, spicy, salty, beef, chicken, eggs, fatty and nutty food. Also, do not eat chocolates, sweets and food with preservatives. EAT MORE VEGETABLES AND FRUITS, especially the ones that are rich in Vitamin C. This kind of diet is priceless! Oh, before I forget... get the extract of the crashed garlic, then rub it to the affected area. Try to ignore the pain because after a week or 10 days, your scabies will banish.
Change your beddings weekly. Change also your towel twicw a week or everyday. Boil your underwears then bleach.
Hope these will help you. Have a nice day and take care :)

First of all, you should check this site out:
http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dpd/parasites/scabies/factsht_scabies.htm
OR
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/scabies/DS00451/DSECTION=7
Second, for alternative treatments, you should contact your primary care physician or a dermatologist. There is another medication called crotamiton that is sometimes used instead of permethrin.
Best of luck and I hope this information helps!
