may be she is not free to do it now, or she doesn't wants to now cause may be u did something wrong,talk to her clearly.

dude it might sound bad but she doesnt want to talk to u coz maybe she never felt close to u or maybe u have said or done something to make her feel bad..
ask her straight if she clears it then fine or else make new friends
