Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

I think thankamy wants to kill you. 1500-2000 less Calories per day would be sufficiant to die in a few weeks.
the number most health professionals would say is 300-500 per day. Every 3000 Calories lost/burnt is 1 pound lost/burnt.
There is really way too much to learn that you couldn't get it from a simple answer here. Go get a personal trainer, he/she will know the right thing to do.

Not knowing your height and weight, it is difficult. but you should lower your caloric intake to 1500-2000 per day, and increase your exercise daily. You should lose between 2-3 lbs per week. That's not long! 5 weeks. Good luck
NOTE:Eating 1500-2000 calories per day will not kill you. Most doctors will put you on a similar diet.

umm what amy means is lower the total to 1500-2000, not subtract that from normal intake

try grapes for seven dys,remember...only grapes and water for 1 week,no smoke,no alcohol..just GRAPES.i tried it and it works
