Just establish a set time for each child to do the same thing each day. Expect there to need to be some flexibilty, even with the schedule, because children that young are going to be unpredictable! Hopefully not all of them wake up at the same moment. I would start with nursing the newborn, just before the other two wake up, so you could have the baby sitting happily in a swing or baby seat while you get a bottle or cereal ready for the 1year old, and something else for the 3 year old. Give the newborn a bath in the morning, give the oldest a bath before bed. Keep track for a week or so of all of the times of day they are each the most needy of your attention, and the most restful or peaceful.
Let's call them Abby (3), Beau (1), and Caleb (newborn)
8 am - feed Caleb while Abby and Beau wake up, wait in their cribs/beds
8:15 - change diapers for Beau and Caleb. Take Abby to the potty.
8:30 - breakfast for Abby and Beau
9:00 - bath for Caleb
9:30 - get all 3 children dressed for the day
10:00 - Caleb and Beau down for naps, play with Abby for some one on one time
11:00 - Beau wakes up from nap, read him a story while Abby plays with some toys
12:00 Caleb wakes up, lunchtime for all 3
12:30 take all 3 outside for some fresh air and playtime

Basically a routine consists of anything that fits in with your daily activities... I have three kids as well, so I know how hard it can be to try to get them into a routine and stick to it...
You should just start off basic, like with bedtimes set an appropriate time and have a routine before it like, bath, brush teeth, story, then bed.. That way the kids are expecting it to be like that every night.. Set yourself realistic routines though, remember they are still babies and need to get adjusted to changes, so don't put to much onto them at once, or yourself..
Gradually as they get used to one routine, slip in another one, before you know it they will be set in such a wonderful routine, and then you can step back and smile..
Good Luck

well... you have to understand ur not doing anything wrong...its just a little out of hand at the momet start in the morning get up about half hour before them so u can get planned for what ur going to do for the day as there only babies ur day is unpredictable they will do what they want as for the 3 year old ... buy him/her a little watch... then use it to ur advantage ovc (i.e) at 7 oclock its time to settle down with a book and so on.. even tually ur little ones are going to pick up from the 3 year old... u wont have any problem seeting a new routine for the babies as they will have seen it with the oldest .. hope this helps..
