You must apply this one......So as to lose weight, all you got to do is simply drink more water... 12 to 15 glasses of water a day. Then, NO to carbonated drinks, spicy, salty, fatty and nutty food. Also, do not eat chocolates, sweets and food with preservatives. EAT MORE VEGETABLES AND FRUITS. This kind of diet is priceless!
I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months. At present, I simply maintain my weight up to 65 kilos only.
Hope this will help you. Have a nice day and take care :)

The average person loses one pound for every 3750 calories he/she expends through metabolism and exercise in excess of the calories consumed. It will take ten weeks to lose 25 pounds if you consume five cans of Boost, Ensure or any other brand per day that contains about 240 calories per can.

The healthiest way is to lose 2 lbs per week. With your decreased caloric intake, and your exercise regimine, I would think you would be losing closer to 3 lbs per week. So, do the math...24/3 would be 8 weeks. Not bad!! Good luck!!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
