If your hair is dark brown, you have no choice but to bleach it. You will have to lift the dark pigment and then tone it with blue color. If you are not willing to do this, your only other choice is to get some blue hair mascara which, of course, will wash out when you shampoo.

Yup, she's right. Unfortunately noone makes blue hair dye that shows up much without bleaching. You have to bleach it up past yellow especially if its a light blue, or it can look green.

I am a hair stylist and you cant get the results you want with out using bleach, Its your only option

You will have to bleach it to get it blue. Other wise you wont see it that well.

thats impossible dont you see that your hair is dark and nothing will show on it srrry
