Good luck. I asked a similar question awhile back and was told to contact the office where they hold public records.

Tell it to leave. If it wont insist on it. I would only want Gods Holy Angels around mine. But I get spiritual warfare all the time. I've seen ghosts, their souls of the departed. Most of the ones I saw you wouldn't want around. Some you would pray you never saw. Anyway Good luck. But Jesus holds power over all these things so theirs some of the atheists proof that Jesus is God. Thank you very much! Hay I no , If you want proof that Jesus exists start talking about Satan's underworld government out lowed to people and how they force people into their Satanic cults and how they even slime there way into the Christian church posing as Christians. How they trick and seduce people into playing occult games and put them into bondage to witchcraft/demonic powers. And how the mark of the beast is a spiritual mark attained after being forced to go threw a transcendental meditation ceremony enhanced by witchcraft/demonic powers.

I wouldn't be concerned with who owned my home, once, long ago so much as I would be concerned with the evil spirits that might be in my home and or trying to play tricks on me. Even if the messing around with seems harmless, it's not!
God is clear in the Bible that "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord..." This means that when a person dies they go immediately to the Lord if they are a believer or to Hades for a time until the final judgment is to take place.
Any spirits that are loose and roaming around the earth are those that were cast down with Satan long ago and they are roaming about like roaring lions seeking to devour who ever they might be able to.
Rest assured they will play with you (us) like a cat plays with a mouse. So don't get too comfortable with this principality that is making itself known to you. It is NOT your friend.
All that being said, please, really seek the Lord for your protection. I hope you won't laugh at my warning and my suggestion, but if you do that is ok. It was my duty to speak in truth in love. The rest is up to you.

There is a easy way to get rid of him draw a pentagram made of cows blood and place a jar in the middle when the clock strkes 12:00 close the jar....He will be stuck in the jar.

Ghosts are demons my friend. You see, Demons are put on this earth to scare people... and ghosts do just that. They haunt people and property.
The way to get rid of them... you need Jesus to take care of that. I don't know if you want to know how, but if so, then let me know.

I can almost assure you that it isn't a dead person. It's a demonic spirit. Start praying to God to get rid of it and/or see your local pastor.
