I don't know that I understand every parable nor every verse. In fact I would say with assurance that I don't understand every verse. And I have a degree in Biblical Studies.
I know something about every verse, but I know I don't understand ALL of them completely.
The Gospels are reliable accounts for Jesus' life. The MSS evidence is overwhelmiing. The majority of people believe that Jesus of Nazareth exsisted. Why? Because of the gospels. This is for believers and non-believers.

From the Bible and the facts that historical records and it correspond on.
While I may not understand every verse in the book, the Bible were written for the general people of that day and age so it would be generally understandable. That's what makes it interesting. It is generally understandable and yet there are hidden revelations to be grasped. It is that well-layered.
Yes, because the One behind the Book proves to be true every time.

Faith defined is a belief, trust, or confidence, not based on proof or material evidence, but based fundamentally on volition often associated with a transpersonal relationship with a deity, a higher power, a person, elements of nature, and/or a perception of the human race as a whole.

You are just another false prophet. First off you weren't around when Jesus walked on the earth. Repent. Jesus wants you to come to Him.

The way you ask your question shows that the only
things you believe are those things you can see,
feel, hear, touch, taste or smell.
In John 20:29, Jesus says: "Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed."
True belief in Jesus calls for faith.

Rode a tank
Held a Generals rank
While the blitzkreig raged
And the bodies stank...
Pleased to meet you
Hope you guessed my name.....

There is one thing that is historically certain.
Jesus may have existed as a man, but he certainly wasn't a significant religious or political figure at the time. That came 2 generations after his death.
