hard boiled eggs..
2 for breakfast the protein is really good for you and it's like 160 calories and 2 carbs..

Special K cereal with non fat milk is also very good.

slimfast shakes optima is supposed to control cravings.

banana, apple, orange, and a glass of nonfat milk.

Smoothies! Get some fresh fruit and freeze it. Grab a bottle of the most appealing vitamin protien powder just to make it a complete meal. Get some ice, a little plain or flavored yogurt throw it in a blender and drink it on the way to school. :)

plain oatmeal (I have it every morning) or sometimes I feel adventurous and will have different flavors. They are filling and only 100-170 calories depending on the type you eat.
