I have a friend that has a white Nissan exstara with 23inch rims 3inch deep dish lip The lip is chrome and the face is white .It was lifted 3inches and doing find with a few changes. I would suggest some 21inch black face chrome lip rims with some nitto tires. You mite want to change the rear light with chrome are black and change front corner lights to frost are black. Your truck should look real HOT and have no problems.

Be carefull if you install larger wheels Nissan will void your suspension warranty. Also the wheels may cause the tires to rub. I guess you never intend to take this car off the pavement. Yesterday I worked on a 2006 Xteria with 22" wheels on it and It handled awful and front tires hit the lower fenders when turning. Big wheels weight to much and are hard to change if you have a flat.

make sure you ask about off-set, or spacers, its a truck so i assume there is alot a room, but the offset might not clear the brake calipers or make your wheels stick out past the wells and if its slammed you might rub.
