50lbs in 4 months is almost unhealthy. You're asking to lose too much in to short of time. When losing weight, you body needs to readjust to the weight loss. If you lose too quickly, your body goes into a type of shock. This will differ depending on body types, but only somewhat. Continue what you are doing with the work outs and eathing healthy. I would also suggest trying a diet product such as Hoodia. I've found that most people prefer the patch as opposed to a pill. Try going to www.dietpatchbargains.com. You'll only increase your opportunity to lose the target weight within your time frame.

The better question is: do you think you can lose 50lbs in 4 months? Weight loss is all psychological and if you have the will power to do it then you can do it. Based on what you have said, you seem like you CAN do it but it will only happen if you stick to your schedule. Make sure you are getting enough energy in your diet but make sure the energy wont turn into fat. I think you can do it, but it really is all up to you.

I lost 15 lbs in 1.5 months so that was 2.5 a week but I have maintained it so when you get done with your 4 months, whether you hit your goal or not, please stick with your healthy lifestyle.

Oh, this is the easiest way to lose weight, all you got to do is simply drink more water... 12 to 15 glasses of water a day. Then, NO to carbonated drinks, spicy, salty, fatty and nutty food. Also, do not eat chocolates, sweets and food with preservatives. EAT MORE VEGETABLES AND FRUITS.
I lose weight from 75 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months. At present, I simply maintain my weight up to 65 kilos only.
Hope this will help you. Have a nice day and take care :)

It's better to lose 1-2 pounds a week at the most. You'll be very close to your goal if you continue what you're doing.
