Is there a question here? Why would a 10 year old be staying at a priest's house overnight? I don't believe in allowing a child to spend the night at anyone's house without other people being there (whether it be other kids at a slumber party or lock-in.) I grew up Catholic and went to many churches and never once encountered a sexually deviant priest. It's really offensive to me to think that people would judge and paint other people with such a wide brush. Right now, I think you should be more worried about the teacher that keeps your 10 year old in from recess for detention more than your priest!

No,not a catholic priest,not a pop star and not even the president of the United Stated.I don't care what their profession is or who they are.My child will be home safe with me where I can protect him every night.I trust no one with my son,he is too important.Look at it this way.Would you entrust a rare gem worth millions of dollars to someone else over night?Would you expect them to take good care of it and give it back to you in the morning?If not then why your own flesh and blood who's worth to you is priceless?I especially don't trust boyfriends or uncles they are on my do not list as well,not that I have any but if I did my son would never be alone with them.

I wouldn't allow my child to stay anywhere at the age of 10. So my answer is no but not based on who's house it is. My reasoning is that in this world my love for my child goes beyond any trust i have with anyone else.

Catholic priests have homes.... ? I thought they lived communally near or on the church premises. That whole "poverty" thing. I could be wrong, though. I was only raised Catholic, after all. What the hell do I know?

are you on durgs i wouldnt let my son stay there even if he was a friend of mines there is no way i would i love my kid to much to do that in the frist place so go from there and find help for yourself
